What payment methods do you accept?

We offer payment by bank card and credit card via our secure payment solutions.

How long does delivery take?

We normally ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery time with Posten/Bring is usually 3-7 business days, depending on where in the country you live.

Do you ship abroad?

Currently we only ship to addresses in Norway. Please contact post@norrco.no for special requests.

How do I exchange or return an item?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Read more on our page about right of withdrawal here.

How do I find the right size?

Are the clothes safe for babies?

Yes. Our garments are made without harmful substances and meet applicable safety requirements for children's clothing.

I have received a damaged item - what do I do?

Send us an email with your order number and pictures of the item and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.
